1. Service-Based Payments

All payments made for services such as property listings, featured ads, promotions, or consultancy are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription plan:

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the service has not been substantially used.
  • Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged multiple times for the same service:

  • You are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Property Booking / Investment Fees

For any booking amount or investment made through Share1Estate:

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific property developer’s terms and conditions.
  • Share1Estate acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party refund policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation before service activation.
  • Once a listing or promotion goes live, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Incorrect information provided by the user
  • Delays caused by third-party services (developers, banks, etc.)
